Motivation can be found in many ways and forms but the most important type of motivation comes from within. People look to many sources like the internet, television, the news and books to find motivation. These can be good sources of information if they are positive and motivating. There are many negative sources of information that will drag you down and stop you from doing the things you need to do.
Over the past few months we have been dealing with an unprecedented illness that has spread throughout the world. COVID -19 has taken many lives and caused many people to become seriously ill. While the top experts are searching for a vaccine and ways to treat this virus many people are glued to the television or other news sources to see what is happening in their state and in the world. We are all motivated to stay healthy and can do so by following the guidelines set for all of us.
While some states are lifting some restrictions and allowing certain businesses to open there are still many people out of work collecting unemployment while others are working from home. The news reports unemployment is on the rise and people start to panic and worry not just about their health but about their future.
This is the time when it is very important to dig deep and find the self motivation we all possess. We all have the instincts to survive and stay healthy. We all have that little voice inside of us that calls for us to do the right thing or find a way to make a living and to do all we can to protect ourselves and others from this virus.
Many states are easing restrictions on stay at home orders and opening businesses so we can safely return to a normal life and return to the great economy we were enjoying. During this time it is important for us all to use the guidelines of staying six feet apart, wearing masks to protect others and do everything we can to stay healthy.
Motivate yourself to look for the positive messages which give you positive feelings and you will be motivated to be a positive person. Start in your own house and take care of your family by feeding them healthy foods such as fresh fruits and vegetables and lean protein. Give your family supportive and positive messages which assure them that we will get through this virus just as this country has overcome other illnesses through the years.
The most important thing for you to do is motivate yourself and your family to eat healthy and get daily exercise which will be a great way to keep your family healthy throughout their lives.
Love and best wishes,
