BE YOUR BEST SELF

We have all experienced challenging things in our lives.  Negativity can create a fear of the future and a feeling of hopelessness.    

Turn off the noise and focus on the positive things in your life.  Every day there is something to enjoy.  A beautiful sunset, a pattern of clouds, the sun shining, and a beautiful rainbow after a storm.  This is how positive people feel every day, which is why they live a long and happy life. 

Start every day with a prayer of thankfulness for everything and everyone in your life.  Exercise at least one hour a day to improve your health and stamina.  Choose foods that fuel your body and provide the most nutrients.

Being your best self means taking care of yourself and others.
