HAPPY NEW YEAR 2022

Dear Friends and Family,

I want to wish all of you a very Happy New Year and a healthy and prosperous 2022.  We have all had challenges over the past few years and it is important stay healthy and deal constructively with stress so we can meet whatever challenges come our way.

In 2022 I continue to post healthy tips on my website and am working on publishing a new book to help you deal with stress and boost your immune system.  Know that you are not alone with the challenges and stresses that we all must endure to stay resilient during these unusual times.  It is important to lose weight if you are overweight and maintain a healthy lifestyle once you reach your goal.  I continue to eat healthy, exercise daily and hope that my blog and books encourage you to do the same.  We have a whole new year ahead of us and I wish you success and appreciate your comments.
