I’m Tracy Dwyer, and thanks for visiting me here. This is my exclusive blog where I post all sorts of great advice about health, fitness, and nutrition. I was born and lived in Southern California most of my life and enjoyed going to the beach, swimming, surfing, roller skating, and cycling. I attended Pepperdine University in Malibu and Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles achieving a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts, Film and Television. I have extensive education in the field of nutrition and exercise and worked as a Physical Education Teacher, Nutritionist and Life Coach and started two successful businesses in California. I want to live in world where people are healthy and happy and free of diseases like diabetes, heart disease and cancer. As a colon cancer survivor, I know what it takes to beat cancer and stay healthy for life. Let me share my education and experience and teach you how to make healthy food choices and efficiently integrate exercise into your daily routine. My Mission
To reach as many people as possible to let them know the importance of eating healthy and exercising daily. Through my books and blog, I teach people of all ages how to live a positive life through eating healthy food and getting daily exercise. Knowing what food choices and exercises fit in your daily routine makes a big difference in the way you look, feel and gives you the energy to live life to the fullest.
