MAKING THE CUT

When it comes to the game of life it is important to have the right equipment and the proper fuel.  The simple facts are fruits and vegetables contain vitamins, minerals, fiber and phytonutrients that can only be found in nature.  By eating 5-7 servings power packed fruits and vegetables every day you will feel better and improve your health. 

A great way to get more healthy nutrients is to add fruits and vegetables to every meal.  Vegetables can be added to your eggs.  Cucumber, tomato, lettuce, spinach and sprouts can be added to your sandwich and to salads.  For dinner fill half of your plate with vegetables.  Snacks can also include fruits and vegetables.  A colorful plate equals a nutrient rich meal.

The things to cut from your life are the snacks and processed fast junk foods that are high in sugar and fat content.  Making these cuts will help you shed those extra pounds and greatly improve your energy level and your health.
