GET SPRING IN YOUR STEP

Do you wake up feeling energized and ready to take on all the tasks you have for the day or do you drag yourself through the day feeling drained and overwhelmed?  Would you like to get the spring back in your step and feel energized every day?  Here are some simple things you can do to feel fabulous every day.

Every night before you go to bed plan what you will do the next day and start your preparation.  Get your workout clothes, water, towel, heartrate monitor/exercise tracker ready for the next day.  This saves time in the morning and keeps you from feeling stressed.

What you eat and when you eat make a big difference.  It is important to eat a small snack or meal before you go to the gym.  By preparing meals and snacks in advance it is easy to stay on a healthy meal plan.  Waiting to long to eat makes it hard to resist unhealthy snacks.  Have your meals cooked and heat them when it is time to eat.  Always keep healthy snacks on hand and eat them when you get hungry.

Being organized is key to staying on track with exercise, eating healthily and creating time in your day to do everything you want and need to do.  Instead of feeling scattered in the morning and trying to play catchup all day you can take things one step at a time.  This will put the spring back in your step and put a smile on your face.
