COVID-19 VACCINE

This year we can all say we have faced a wide variety of emotions and heart felt situations that took great inner strength and courage to deal with. The reality of the COVID-19 virus coming to our country and spreading throughout our country and the world has created great fear and sorrow. The scale of obstacles has been everything from learning how to wear masks and social distancing to losing loved ones to this virus. We have all had to dig deep for that inner strength, courage and strength to tread through this pandemic and survive the best we can.

During the past 10 months of struggling with fear, anxiety, illness, being told to stay home from work and from school and loss of loved ones Americans have stayed strong. President Trump and his team of professionals initiated the COVID-19 Task Force and executed Operation Warp Speed which delivered multiple vaccines in record speed of 7 months.

I am asking everyone to continue to stay strong, take good care of your health and to get the vaccine as soon as it is available to you. Today the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine for emergency use and says it is safe to use and no corners were cut to get this vital vaccine approved. Now it is time for the people of our country to get the vaccine to stop this virus from harming any more people. By getting the vaccine you can help save millions of lives. Franklin D. Roosevelt said, “The only thing we have to fear is fear itself.” We can feel assured that this vaccine is safe to take and it will protect everyone from the COVID-19 Virus. If you have allergies or have existing medical conditions you are concerned about speak with your doctor prior to receiving the vaccine. These vaccines have been put through every test necessary to insure they are safe for the public.

Everyone in this country can do their part to help end this pandemic and make COVID-19 a virus of the past. When it is my turn to get the vaccine, I will post it on this website and on Facebook at tracyfitnesscoaching. While we wait our turn, we can keep others safe by social distancing or wearing a face covering when in public. We are getting close to the endzone. Do not drop the ball now.

Love and best wishes,

Tracy
