WATER

Many people forget the most important thing to consume for the body, which is water.  All cells in the body require water.  The more water you drink the better the body will perform.  Bottles make it easy to bring water wherever you go.

Not drinking enough water can leave your body dehydrated and can lead to more extreme issues like kidney stones.  Drinking water can help with weight loss by moving toxins through and out of the body.  Don’t wait until you are thirsty to drink water because that’s the body letting you know it is dehydrated.  It is important to drink water prior to becoming dehydrated.  Feeling hungry can mean you are thirsty.  Drinking water before you eat can help you determine whether you are hungry or just thirsty.

Water can be carried in a bottle, refillable bottle, and water bag making it easy to stay hydrated.  Many places have water refill stations making water readily available. 

Everybody needs water so raise a glass and drink your water.
